Geoffrey M. Bohn (Thomas M. Cooley ’98) has been in private practice litigation firms since 1998. Mr. Bohn is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Florida, and in numerous federal district courts, the First and Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to acting as lead trial counsel in several cases in his admitted jurisdictions, he has also specially appeared as lead trial counsel in federal courts in California and Massachusetts. Mr. Bohn was a founding partner of Bohn & Kouretas, PLC in 2004, is married with a family, and in his spare time enjoys running marathons.
Robert A. Battey (Georgetown ’96) has practiced in the federal government (U.S. Dept. of Commerce), as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Maryland (Charles County), and in several litigation firms in the region. Mr. Battey is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as numerous federal district courts, the Federal U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also moonlights as a music critic for The Washington Post.
OF COUNSEL:
Shawn R. Farmer (University of Kansas '04) is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both chemistry and environmental studies. Mr. Farmer is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.
John H. Muskin (John Marshall '96) is licensed to practice in Georgia, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law, a Master's Degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science Degree.
